The Ashforth Co. announced that O’Connor Davies has chosen the building developed, owned and managed by Ashforth. The company is scheduled to move about 40 employees from its current 62 Southfield Ave. location to occupy 11,000 square feet of space on the fifth floor of the building located at 3001 Summer St.
O’Connor Davies includes more than 500 professionals led by 84 partners in seven offices located in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
“We are thrilled that O’Connor Davies, another outstanding company and highly regarded firm in the Stamford community, will be joining our high caliber tenant roster at our 3001 building,” said Darrell Harvey, co-CEO of Ashforth.
Ashforth recently completed a multimillion-dollar renovation of 3001 Stamford Square at the end of 2012. The renovation features a modern lobby, full-service café, state-of-the-art fitness center and a private shuttle to and from the Stamford train station, according to a press release.
“We were impressed by the quality of the building at 3001 Summer Street and the amenities it has to offer. The location is ideal for our continued growth in southwestern Connecticut. The Ashforth Company has a great reputation in the community and we are looking forward to joining their portfolio of A-list tenants,” said Bruce Blasnik, partner-in-charge of the Stamford, CT office of O’Connor Davies.
