Connecticut Theatre Ballet (CTB), which already has a Main Street studio in Norwalk, is expanding to a new space on Westport’s Ketchum Street.

The new Westport Dance Studios features three separate studios, a dressing room with lockers, a student lounge, study area, full kitchen, ample parking and more on a quiet street with a gated patio.

The space will allow for more diversified class curriculum and more genres of dance.

“This expansion is going to allow our dancers more studio space to enjoy more types of dance genres on the same day, minimizing commuting time for busy families,” said founder and Executive Director Michelle Sperry. “We are very excited to support the dance education needs of Westport and local families by keeping dance available in the heart of Westport.”

Both locations will offer pre-professional training as well as recreational classes and sessions in modern, lyrical, Broadway, Hip Hop, tap and more.

The comprehensive ballet program features Mommy & Me, Storybook Ballet and five levels of classical ballet, adult and pointe.
