Kinahan is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans. He works closely with a network of real estate, financial and building professionals throughout Connecticut. Since 2003, he has been involved in the residential mortgage industry in lower Fairfield County. Kinahan has considerable experience in all aspects of origination and focuses on educating customers and providing options that best suit their needs.
Before joining First County Bank, Kinahan was a mortgage broker in Darien and knows the local market and customer needs. Kinahan received his bachelor's degree in corporate communications from Nichols College in Massachusetts. He resides in Stamford with his wife and two children.
Tarzia brings over 10 years of mortgage experience to First County Bank and has a long-standing commitment to meeting the needs of his homebuyers and refinance borrowers in lower Fairfield County. Tarzia is responsible for residential mortgage originations. He has extensive experience providing all aspects of mortgage origination, including home purchase, refinance, home equity and construction lending.
Tarzia started his career in the mortgage broker business and later transitioned into retail mortgage banking with some of the nation’s leading lending institutions. In his spare time he enjoys working on projects at home and has completed several home renovations.
A lifelong Stamford resident, Tarzia currently resides in North Stamford with his wife. He has been actively involved with many civic organizations over the years.
