STAMFORD, Conn. — Stamford-taped talk shows “Maury,” “The Jerry Springer Show” and “The Steve Wilkos Show” have been sold through 2016, NBCUniversal Domestic Television Distribution announced.

“We are thrilled that we will continue to bring these successful shows to our local broadcast partners, and we look forward to extending the success this fall with our newest drama-resolution talk show, ‘Trisha Goddard’,” Barry Wallach , president of NBCUniversal Domestic Television Distribution, said in a statement mentioning the fourth daytime talk show to be taped at the Stamford Media Center .

The new deal gives all three shows another two years on their existing deals and will keep the shows in national syndication for the next four years, the statement said. The stations airing the shows cover more than 60 percent of the United States.
