STAMFORD, Conn. -- O’Connor Davies LLP, a regional certified public accounting and consulting firm, has chosen 3001 Stamford Square for its new Stamford office location, announced the Ashforth Co.
The building is developed, owned and managed by Ashforth.
Moving about 40 employees from its current 62 Southfield Ave., Stamford, location, O’Connor Davies will occupy 11,000 square feet of space on the fifth floor. O’Connor Davies includes more than 500 professionals led by 84 partners in seven offices in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
"O’Connor Davies is another outstanding company and highly regarded firm in the Stamford community, and we are thrilled that they will be joining our high-caliber tenant roster at our 3001 building," said Darrell Harvey, co-CEO of The Ashforth Co.
Ashforth recently completed a dramatic, multimillion-dollar renovation of 3001 Stamford Square at the end of 2012. The property consists of 290,000 square feet of office space on seven floors with four levels of underground parking. The renovation features a modern lobby, full-service café, state-of-the-art fitness center and a private shuttle to and from the Stamford train station.
Monique Delerme of Corporate Design LLC is Ashforth’s architect working on the O’Connor Davies space. A.P. Construction Co., Ashforth’s construction division, will complete the renovation. The expected move-in date is July.
